Shirt Remake

My friend Stephanie came over the other night to craft with me while I was starting on my rug project. We didn't have any plans as to what we would be making, but she was going to bring a bag of clothes that were headed for goodwill, so I figured we could find something to do. We found a pretty blue shirt that didn't have anything wrong with it other than she was tired of wearing it. I noticed that it had a double layer of fabric in the front, which was perfect for cutting apart and adding some frills with!
